Donald Roberson grew up in Ashland. He comes from a family that has long had an association with the Ashland church of Christ. His father served as an elder till he passed on to his reward in 2005. His mother, brother, and two sisters and their families still attend Ashland. In 2004, Donald left Ashland to begin working with the Coffeeville church of Christ where he still labors. He is a graduate of the Magnolia Bible College.
