Bible Study Tools
Speaking of the Bereans, the writer of Acts
said, “These were more fair-minded than those in Thessalonica, in
that they received the word with all readiness, and searched the
Scriptures daily to find out whether these things were so” (Acts
17:11). Searching the scriptures is a habit every Christian needs to
strive to possess. The only way Christians can be diligent to
present themselves approved is to know what the Bible says and how
to apply it.
The goal of the Ashland church of Christ is to
do Bible things in Bible ways. We seek Bible authority for all that
we practice. This means we seek Bible authority for how we worship,
how we serve, and how we live. Paul said “And whatever you do in
word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to
God the Father through Him” (Colossians 3:17).
Please feel free to use these tools to help
study the word of God. Feel free to copy this material but please
